Low Flow Pole Sequencing
NEW WEEKLY FLOW SEQUENCE! In this grounded flow class, we will be moving through a
sequence of moves meant to challenge your body and your mind. This is pole based but all movements
will be grounded - so this is perfect for beginner to advance. Not your average pole choreography, we will
move to interesting lectures set to music, and other unique choices. Less about the details of the music
and more about moving to a flow of the sequence itself.

Jam Stands! - Handstand Progress
Who is up for a little Handstand Jam? Let us work on creating challenges that improve technique and
progression. This class is for those that want to be a bit more comfortable with handstands - and it is
certainly accessible to all levels. Each move/segment we work on can/will be adjusted for the needs of the

Let’s get lifted with Mini Combos and Tricks - While being safe, of course! In this class, we'll cover fun
transitions and tricks to get your body moving and through this time of Social Distancing! This class is
accessible to all levels. By limiting the number of spots for this class - I will be able to give variations for

Zen; the Art of Pole
Ready to slow things down and really tune into our practice? Perfect! During this class, we’ll use guided
breathwork in combination with our movement practice to bring about a magical connection between the
two. Learn to access new levels of awareness. We will not focus on tricks, but how to really dive into the
details of how our body moves and reconnect to our practice. This is great for those in rehab for injuries,
building focus, creativity, finding flow, and learning how to use your breath. This class crosses all levels,
ages, experience, desires, abilities and more!
FLEX WITH CJ
Carly Jane offers in depth flexibility classes with four different focuses: middles/hips, splits, shoulders,
and back. These classes not only focus on various types of flexibility (active, assisted, and
passive), but also discusses stretch theory, anatomy, and practical application to flexibility for aerialists!

Keep Your Head Up: No Invert Tricks
Studens will safely develop strength, flexibility and body awareness and learn beautiful shapes and transitions without having to go upside down. This class is designed for the beginner-intermediate poler, although more advanced students are encouraged to join and brush up on their fundamentals and technique! Level: All Levels
Sunday May 24
This yoga-inspired floorwork class incorporates elements of Yin and Ashtanga Yoga with contemporary-style dance flows. Students will learn a flow sequence connecting breath to movement that is meditative, rejuvenating and invigorating - a beautiful way to start your morning or end your day. This is a floorwork class, so no pole is needed, but a bit of floor space is recommended.

SEXY BASICS CHOREO 5/11 10AM PST
This class focuses on getting students comfortable in exotic style movement in heels, and helping
students feel comfortable with choreography. This is a pole class. Heels and knee pads
SLOW POLE FLOW (ALL LEVELS) 5/18 12pm PST, 5/27 12pm PST
This class focuses on slow sequences at the base of the pole! Great for students who want a
slower paced learning experience but still want to be challenged by dynamic movement. Pants,
heels, & knee pads encouraged. Beginners-Intermediate+ levels welcome.
Beginner Floor Flow: 5/19 12pm PST
This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of flowing on the floor without your pole
and adding the sexy factor to your movement. This is all exotic inspired movement. Knee pads
highly encouraged, socks or heels also encouraged.
Sexy Pole Basics: 5/20 10am PST
This class focusing on the sexy side of pole by teaching you how to walk in heels, flow on the
floor, and create fluid sequences around the pole. You will also be introduced to “edge work”
and how to stay on the platform of your shoe to create a cleaner aesthetic. Heels and knee pads
Floor Flow Choreo 5/25 5:30pm PST
Need a non-pole workout while stuck at home? Drop down to your knees and learn a fresh new
routine with Claudia in this all floorwork flow choreography class. Heels optional, knee pads
Sergia made an international name for herself with her competition/performance routines, and quickly became one of the most sought after choreographers in the pole world. As a pole mama, she has trained and coached many of the great names in the pole industry today. Sergia has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Drama from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University. She is an Elevated, X-pert, Pilates and Yoga Certified Instructor. After 6 years of living on the road teaching her signature pole and dance workshops in over 30 countries, she decided to plant her roots in Northern California in 2017 to open a second Vertitude location and is passionate about bringing movement to EVERY BODY. She is a forever seeker of movement, learning, exploration, inclusion and expansion.

Enjoy Sergia's Sass of the Week Choreo. This Hip Hop Fusion, Jazz Funk, Stillettos Style w/out the stilettos class is guaranteed to be yummy, empowering, head-bobbing, and sassy! Designed to be danced in your living room, kitchen, or bedroom in sneakers, barefoot, or in socks. This choreo class is for all levels, focusing on musicality, timing, world styles, and FUN. ---No Pole Needed
LIVESTREAM Dancey Pole Flows w/ Sergia
Sundays 10am PDT/California time
Join Sergia for 1 hour of dancey pole flows. Sergia will provide a warm-up followed by flows around the base of the pole using spins, floorwork, and footwork covering details, and breaking down quality of movement. Movement will stay primarily around the base of the pole, so the combos can be done in a small amount of space.There will be no inversions in this class, and it is appropriate for all levels.suggested pre-requisites: comfortable with spins on static pole, pole sit, and basic climb. We suggest having socks, kneepads, and a long sleeve shirt for layering on hand.
LIVESTREAM Pole Heels Choreography w/ Sergia
Fridays 10am PDT/California time
Shelter in and sizzle. Join Sergia for a warmup, and an original pole heels choreography. We will not be going up the pole, so your ceiling height does not matter. Be sure to wear kneepads or legwarmers to protect your knees. Heels are optional. The choreography can be danced in socks if your home pole is mounted over carpet.
Jordan Kensley is an internationally recognized touring pole dancer and instructor. Jordan is also a
certified Structural Integrationist. She uses her biomechanical knowledge gained from Structural Integration to
better inform her students of how their body works in their own movement. Jordan Kensley continues to learn about
the body & movement and has become a powerful presence in the pole world by competing, performing, judging and
teaching all over the world. She strives to embody the athlete, the artist, and the goddess in every dance. Jordan’s
goal as an instructor is to help her students realize those same qualities in themselves. She has met so many
inspiring people within this community and is looking forward to meeting many more in the years to come.
XPRESSIONS; beginner, pole
Take this class if you want to blur the lines between emotions and sexuality. Choose an intention, and harness your
movement, and say something! Learning to express yourself in movement, and show audiences your soul. Using
games, intentional prompts, and audience engagement techniques, this class is the bridge between exotic/artistic.
Basic understanding of beginner level moves are ideal (pirrouettes, some spins, shoulder rolls), options will be
available upon request! Pants (optional), Knee pads, Socks!
Tuesdays: 9:30am-10:30am PST // Saturdays: 5:30pm-6:30pm PST
DOWN & DIRTY: TWERK/FLOW; high beginner-intermediate, floor
This floor based choreography class will feature a small beginner-intermediate combo created by Jordan that will
focus on sliding and slinking around on the floor with attitude and little bit of twerk, creating a love affair between
you and the floor that will make your IG followers respond with;SLAYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
Clothing: whatever the hell you want! Kneepads recommended, pants or shorts (but know we may be doing butt
slides) and footwear of your choice! (heels are more difficult)
Tuesdays: 5:00pm-6:00pm PST
POLE CONDITIONING; all levels, pole
This is a one hour class that focuses on getting the body worked! This class will include some conditioning and
stretching, not only for muscles but for your joints as well! Take this class to help you maintain and build up your
trick level; feel challenged without feeling unsafe. This is a conditioning class that can be done by any body! Bring
in bands, blocks or towels for extra support or difficulty as we complete multiple exercises for inverts, shoulder
mounts, handsprings, holds and more!
Fridays: 10:00am-11:00am PST
PANTS+DANCE; beginner, floor
Exactly what it sounds like! This class is all about sliding around your floor in your pants, while we learn an high
level beginner choreo routine. Music style changes each class, but requests can be made for music or movement!
Learn to smooth out transitions while focusing on contraction/extension through the entire body!
Pants! Kneepads, and socks or heels recommended
