Intro to Pole
Recommended for those who have never been to a pole class before. In this class you will learn basic pole dance, transitions, and spins. Focus is on establishing core components and igniting the spark for future pole play.
Level 1 Pole Tricks
In this class, condition and prepare for advancing into more difficult tricks and combos. Class will start with a whole body warm up followed by conditioning exercises and simple tricks and spins including climbs and sits. Shorts are required. Must have taken an Intro to Pole class or be approved by Andrea - text 760-607-7843 with questions.
Level 1 Pole Dance
After a slow and sexy warmup, condition for floorwork and dance. Next learn sensual choreography or spins, transitions, and poses incorporated into freestyle play. Class ends with a relaxing stretch. Must have taken an Intro to Pole class, knee pads or legwarmers and exotic shoes required.
All Ages/Levels Pole Tricks
After a cardio warmup and some pole conditioning exercises, learn the basics of inverting, climbing, and spins, as well as exploring Level 2 spins, tricks, and combos. White, Pink, or Red Pole Progression Series
In these series, learn the moves from the first 3 levels of our Darkside Pole Curriculum. Please bring shorts, knee pads, and heels to all classes! Beginners start with the white level. Drop ins welcome - you can drop into any of these classes during the 8 weeks (you don't have to attend all 8 weeks) but must have passed the White Level of the Darkside Pole Curriculum to attend any classes of the Pink or Red Level series. Beginner Exotic Pole Dance
Come learn the basics of slinky floorwork, erotic choreography and freestyle play, and sensual transitions on and off the pole. Pole newbies and drop ins welcome. Knee pads and exotic shoes required, rentals available at studio. Beginner friendly. (please note - Intro to Pole still must be taken before all other pole classes)
Exotic Pole Dance
After a sensual yet challenging floor warmup, learn a variety of floor and pole dance moves, poses, and combinations. May include sexy choreography or freestyle play. Exotic shoes (we like 6-8 inches) and knee pads are strongly recommended. Must be approved for this class, text Andrea for approval 760-607-7843.
Contemporary dance meets pole dance in this beginner level class. Learn a routine with music or various combos and techniques to put to music. Leggings recommended, knee pads and socks required! Must be approved for this class, text Andrea for approval 760-607-7843.
Join us for our monthly Pole Jam the first Friday of every month! After a group warmup, enjoy some open pole time with instructors available for questions, followed by solo freestyle time from whoever wants to try! Members only, contact Andrea with any questions!
At Darkside Fitness, our classes are designed to be fun but also get you in the best shape possible. All classes begin with a warmup and end with a stretching sequence to prevent injury. Classes subject to change.

No aerial experience necessary! In this class you will learn basic aerial tricks and condition for more advanced aerial poses and flow. Focus is on establishing core components and igniting the spark for future aerial play. Close fitting clothes such as leggings or capris and tight tank or t-shirt recommended. No jewelry please. Ages 5 and up welcome. Please see our policies for kids under 18 attending classes.
Learn various tricks and combos on the aerial hoop, also known as lyra. Class will start with a whole body warm up followed by conditioning exercises and simple mounts, poses, and combos. Close fitting clothes such as leggings and tight tank or t-shirt recommended, no jewelry please.
